Users are responsible for submitting correct information, valid documents, and required payments where applicable. Incorrect or incomplete submissions may delay service support.

By using the platform, users agree to cooperate with verification, document requirements, and service-specific instructions shared through the portal.

Cashback will be credited to DigiWallet after successful service completion. DigiWallet is an internal wallet credit system and is not a direct bank refund.

Wallet credits can be redeemed up to 50% on future eligible services. The remaining order value must be paid through the available real payment method.

Wallet credits are non-transferable and valid for a limited time only. Expired credits cannot be redeemed, transferred, or withdrawn.
